Whilst in Fujian, RB was shown a chicken farm. Interestingly, the raising of chickens is segregated into different stages. Some farms only breed eggs, some only chicks, some only start with chicks and grow them to adulthood. Chickens are largely sold on the side streets and small markets. However, the farmers are not allowed to directly sell the chickens in cities, and must go through a middleman
